Cost is $50 per month, including a personalized training program and all coaching correspondence- generally being phone calls and emails. You receive daily schedules within the monthly program and receive these 2 weeks before the next 4 week block begins. You can send as many emails per week as you wish, as I provide regular feedback.
I would expect you to send me a training report at least once weekly- quite a deal more regularly if you prefer. You would need to give me data on your training and race results, giving information such as time and distance of each run, repetition, fartlek, time trial and hill split times and recovery times, plus how you felt on various days.
Online Coaching Works Wonders.
As an experienced running coach, I will devise a personalised running training program for you to meet your running goals.
The online coaching can help prepare you for races such as 5km, 10km, half marathons, marathons, ultras, trail races, cross country and track.
I will send a customised program to you via email, after having looked in detail at your running background, current fitness level and goals.
Once you have the program, you will be able to communicate with me on a regular basis via both email and phone regarding your progress and any necessary amendments to your program.
