OK so the secret is out!!! Next Thursday morning’s session is going to be the start of something big. We are excited to announce the inaugural “RUNNING SCIENCE WHITE FENCE CHALLENGE”, a 3.55km handicap race around the famous Centennial Park White Fence.
So how does it work???
Submit your current white fence time.
Any runners 20 minutes or over will start off scratch.
Other runners will be given a handicap of their time subtracted from 20 minutes, for example if your time is 13:50 for a White Fence then your handicap will be 6 minutes and 10 seconds.

Meet at McKay Oval at 6:15 am as usual for the warm up drills and strides, get your handicap, and get ready to race!!!
For those with some extra running in their legs we will finish the session with 2-3 laps of the 1km loop off a 6 minute cycle.
