Morning running group

Group sessions take place at a variety of times in various locations around Sydney. We always meet at McKay Oval.

Sessions last 1 hour.

6.15am - Centennial Park Running Group

For beginner and intermediate levels

Just off Grand Drive, directly in front of the Sydney Boys High Pavilion at McKay Sportsground. Drive in from the Darley Rd gates for about 600m OR walk in from the Robertson Rd/Lang Rd gate, turn right and walk for 150m

Includes warm-up, stretching, drills, strides, speedwork, cool-down.
