Tamsett, Carvolth, Rowe and Summers get medals
Lara Tamsett (32.27)and Tamara Carvolth (34.54) blitzed their 10km road pbs in the Sydney Ten road race on June 4. They were the top two women across the line. Tim Rowe and Harry Summers ran strongly to come second and third.

Ben St Lawrence ran 27.24.91 to break the Australian 10000m record at Stanford. Benny now tops an illustrious list of Aussie runners throughout history including Collis Birmingham, Shaun Creighton, Craig Mottram, Ron Clarke and Steve Monneghetti.

September 2010: Timmy Rowe wins fine comeback race
Bathurst 8km is at Rowe's mercy with fine front running
Legendary Sydney accountants Timothy Rowe and Thomas Crasti ran brilliantly to come 1st and 4th in the Edgell Bathurst.
Look carefully at the newspaper article and you will see Rowe's suave combover hairstyle, reportedly done by famous hairdresser Steffan. Look even harder and you will see Crasti's Ralph Lauren polo shirt on the side of the road near the strart/finish line. Crasti was spotted warming up in this shirt before the race.
